Marix Servicing LLC was founded in February, 2007 in response to the distress in the sub-prime mortgage market. The market need for exceptional servicing has continued to grow, with rising delinquencies and $700 billion of ARM loans due to reprice in 2008.

Marix Servicing employs the newest technology.  Our staff is hand-picked to be more nimble and more responsive to the needs of our borrower and investors, with a strong emphasis on loss mitigation.

Our management team has been selected from some of the top servicers in the industry, and has an average of 22 years of mortgage experience at such firms as Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citi and GMAC/RFC. Marix is able to service almost all non-conforming loan types, including second liens. We have a 40,000 square foot office located in Phoenix, Arizona.
