• If you have questions about your existing loan, please contact your new loan servicer for information.
  
  
• The final set of 1098 Tax Forms, showing property taxes paid in 2012, will be mailed to your billing address on file in late January, 2013.
  
  
• If you are a former Marix customer with a question related to the period that Marix serviced your loan, call toll-free: 866-406-2749, Monday through Friday 6 AM to 7 PM, or Saturday 6 AM to 12 PM MT.
  
  
• All lien release letters are mailed directly to the office of the county clerk (or recorder or registrar) where the property is located. If you need a copy of the lien release, contact the county records department for assistance.
